We ship via reputed courier partners — Speed Post, Delhivery, Bluedart, or similar.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns must be requested within this period — no exceptions.

Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Original packaging and invoice are included.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory — showing the sealed package being opened. Returns without this will not be accepted.
Item received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

Size issues — please check our size chart before ordering.
Minor color variations due to screen differences.
Used, washed, or altered products.
Return requests made after 2 days of delivery.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection.
Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).
COD handling charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Fraudulent return claims will result in permanent account/order blacklisting.
